SEC Approval

The Securities and Exchange Commission has ratified amendments to NYSE Arca’s rules, clearing the way for the Bitwise 10 Crypto Index ETF to become the first regulated multi‑asset cryptocurrency fund.

Fund Structure

The ETF will track the ten largest digital assets, including Bitcoin and Ether, and is required to hold at least 85 % of its holdings in components that have SEC approval, enhancing protection for investors.
